Kikugawa city Green Tourism Event

Let’s make Wakocha (Japanese style black tea) & learn terraced rice paddy fields and Shizuoka’s Chagusaba method!!

Black tea making experience is going to be held as follows.

You would be able to finish every black tea making process within a day by yourself. And please enjoy a cup of hand made black tea with your family. This work shop is available from adults to young kids.

 

Date and Time: July 7th, 2018 PM1:00-5:30

Place: Kami-kurasawa public hall (1121-1 Kurasawa Kikugawa city)

Program: 1. How to make Wakocha, “Japanese style black tea”.

2. Introduction of the terraced rice paddy fields in Sengamachi and the agricultural method called “Chagusaba”.
